Conventions in Nashville, TN, February, 1994, and
Anaheim, CA, February, 1995 - Workshops designed
to provide participants with knowledge and skill in assessing advanced
communications technologies in the context of institutional needs;
preparing appropriate planning procedures; and administering a
planning process that results in the installation and use of advanced
communications technologies, e.g. fiber optics, satellite services, C
and Ku band conventional services, ISDN, and more.
