Childs Consulting Associates, Inc., assists our business partners in creating customized training programs through our wide range of planning, design, development, and implementation services. Our talented training professionals, ranging from instructional designers, writers, programmers, producers, etc., assist clients in updating current programs and establishing entirely new specialized training packages.

We work cooperatively with clients and their development staffs to achieve a training package fully tailored to meet their specific needs.

The company principals have extensive experience working with clients in automotive, financial, health care, and higher learning institutions.

Instructional design and development work includes a full range of media - computer-based training, multimedia, video, documentation, job aids, student / instructor manuals, and various other paper-based products.

We recently developed instructional materials for a new management information system software program for a major manufacturing corporation. The trainer and end user manuals will be used in the United States and abroad to train personnel at all levels.
